Event class proxy interface. Event is a specification of an observable occurrence. The occurrence that generates an event instance is assumed to take place at an instant in time.

name - An identifier for the ModelElement within its containing Namespace.

visibility - Specifies extent of the visibility of the ModelElement within its owning Namespace.
